Purchases
All prices are GST inclusive. A GST invoice will be sent with your goods. Our GST number is: 84-861-685. We accept cash, online bank transfer or credit card.
In the event that your chosen product is not available for whatever reason, we will contact you to offer you a substitute or your money back.
Shipping, Delivery and Pickups
Shipping
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Our shipping costs to anywhere in New Zealand are:
- FREE shipping for orders over $200
- Order totals less than $200 are $10
- Orders totals less than $50 are $5
For motorcycle delivery we use specialised bike transporters booked as soon as we have payment in full.
Unfortunately we do not ship anywhere outside of New Zealand.
Delivery
We endeavour to ship your goods within 48 hours of receiving payment. On receipt of goods you will benefit from endorsing the carrier’s delivery docket of details of any damage visible at the time of delivery.
Pick up
You may choose to collect your purchase directly from the Trevor Pierce Yamaha shop at 156 Ferry Road, Christchurch. Our opening times are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. 9am – 1pm Saturday. Please supply proof of purchase such as your invoice number.
When ordering an item for pick up we’ll hold the item for 5 days. If you fail to collect your order within that time, we will return the item(s) to be available for sale.
Customer Guarantee
Our mission is to provide you with best shopping experience and if you think that your experience has not been the best we would welcome your feedback. If your product does not arrive in the condition that you expected please report to us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Warranty
All our products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Any claims will be dealt with according to these guidelines.
Exchanges
Incorrect size
You may exchange goods that have been ordered at the incorrect size provided they are in original, as new condition with all labels intact. If replacement goods are not available, we will provide you with a credit note. If the replacement goods are of a higher value you will be charged extra and if of a lesser value you will receive a credit note for the difference. You will be liable for the shipping costs for any exchanges sent back to us via post. We will cover the cost of the return freight of the replacement item.
Parts Firm Order Terms of Supply
Yamaha parts ordered at your specific request (A ‘firm order’) cannot be accepted back for refund or exchange.
When placing a firm order for Yamaha parts, please be sure you correctly identify the motorcycle model and year and any other relevant information.
We cannot be held accountable for firm orders if the information you have provided to us in incorrect.
Full payment is required before any firm orders are placed. Once placed, firm orders cannot be cancelled.
Please note, the only exception to this policy is where we have incorrectly advised you of the part required for a firm order.
If a part is found to be faulty, we will meet our Consumer Guarantees Act obligations.
